The following are a collection of short articles designed to build awareness and promote health. Much of my writing utilizes comparison of cultures combined with scientific evidence to provide compelling reasons to alter our current practices. Both our bodies and our landscapes have needs that are not being met. Our current form and psyche have been molded by millions of years of ancestral living, and our environments, on which we rely, were not severely degraded during those years. Moving forward, we can apply these lessons to create lifestyles and lifeviews that heals the "dis-ease" many experience today.
